Monica Tull, CLPF, is a California Licensed Professional Fiduciary. She founded Tull Fiduciary Group after witnessing first-hand how overwhelming financial and estate matters can become for families in times of illness, loss, or transition.
Monica brings more than 25 years of professional services experience to her fiduciary practice. She was a Partner with Ernst & Young in People Advisory Services and a Managing Director at Accenture, where she advised families, executives, and multinational clients on complex tax, mobility, and cross-border financial matters. Her career took her from Australia to a posting in the U.S., then to roles in India, Singapore, and London - giving her broad cultural exposure and a robust network of trusted advisors worldwide.
Originally from California and raised in Australia, Monica earned her Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Economics from the University of Melbourne. In 2020, after several overseas assignments, she returned to California, where five generations of her family have lived, and made Santa Barbara her home.
Her practice today focuses on three areas: supporting families in crisis, helping clients navigate complex cross-border financial and tax matters, and providing ongoing trust administration. Clients describe her as a steady presence who combines the rigor and systems of a global advisor with the integrity and discretion of someone who understands their values, honors their wishes, and stands beside them as an extension of family.
Monica is a member of the Professional Fiduciary Association of California and a Certified National Guardian. In addition to her professional work, she serves as a member of the Finance and Audit Committees of Lotusland in Montecito.
Outside of work, she enjoys travel and the arts, floral design and arranging, and long walks on the beach with her two energetic dogs.
